Thank you for shopping with Dalzen Groups. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders, along with applicable charges and timelines.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Regions & Carriers
We currently ship to all locations within India.
For international orders (if applicable), additional charges for shipping, customs, and duties may apply. Please contact us in advance for a quote.
We partner with reliable courier companies such as Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, and India Post for safe and timely deliveries.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on order value, weight, and delivery location.

4. Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days for most locations within India.
Deliveries to remote or distant regions may take up to 10–14 business days.
Delivery delays due to courier issues, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, but we will notify you when possible.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking number and courier details.
You can track your package directly on the courier’s official website or app.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the product and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
For lost or undelivered packages, if tracking shows no movement within expected timelines, please contact us. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
In case of confirmed loss or damage during transit, we will issue a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.
7. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges may apply.
If the courier makes multiple delivery attempts but fails (e.g., customer unavailable), the parcel may be returned to us, and re-shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
8. Important Notes
Our products (Henna Powder, Multani Mitti, Handmade Soaps) are natural, so slight variations in color, texture, or fragrance may occur. These are not considered defects.
We do not ship perishable or temperature-sensitive products unless explicitly mentioned.
For international orders (if applicable), customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges.
