At Dalzen Group, we take pride in crafting handmade herbal products with care. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — but due to the nature of our products, our return and refund policy is slightly restricted for hygiene and safety reasons.
You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible:

The product must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition and original packaging.

Please note, we do not accept returns on:

Opened or used products

Herbal teas, oils, or powders once the seal is broken

Items marked as “Final Sale”

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If your refund is approved:

It will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged in transit, or if we sent the wrong product. To request an exchange, contact us at example@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
If the gift was not marked as such, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
