  • Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days within India (depending on location and courier service).

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of personal care products, opened or used items cannot be returned.

  • Returns/exchanges are only accepted if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photo/video).

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
